MJ HEISER: EDITOR/CONTRIBUTING WRITER: MJ has imaginary friends. Every one of them insists on trying to escape the confines of her head. When she writes about them, they quiet for a while. Those are her best times. She lives in Austin, Texas with her husband of nearly ten years and a menagerie of dogs and cats.
JOHN ELROD II: CONTRIBUTING WRITER: John is currently untitled. This complete lack of definition would drive most into abject bitterness and utter despair, but not someone of John's virility. No, John is the picture of mental stability and emotional platitude. While not sailing his schooner, scaling a treacherous peak, or trekking the Serengeti; John can be found doing things he actually does, such as: assembling a sandwich, monitoring television broadcasts, or taming the wild frontier that is his lawn. John is also good at masking his feelings, exaggerating what qualities he has, and mindless babble.
YASAMINE ALISHA: CONTRIBUTING WRITER: After saving the world from a fate worse than death, Yasamine Alisha took up the fine art of crochet and has become a guru in the world of needlework. In her spare time between saving kitteh’s from high trees and turtles from crossing highways, she finds herself writing fantasy novels. She now resides in Los Angeles, incognito as a mild mannered customer care agent. Her plans for world domination are continuously hampered by hipsters moving into her neighborhood, distracting her by painting their homes horrible colors and blasting emo music. She’s currently considering moving from Los Angeles to Santa Monica which will change nothing but the cost in her rent.
LAEL GARDNER-STALNAKER: CONTRIBUTING WRITER: Lael Gardner-Stalnaker spent a number of years as a child care specialist. Realizing he valued his sanity, health and general well-being, he left the field of battle to the vict... children. As a form of therapy from that trauma, he began writing poetry. Poetry led to fiction. Fiction led him here. It remains to be seen if insanity is catching and whether he will contaminate everyone that reads his words.
